All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, whichever is the most available or efficient at the time. Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process after you enter your
credit card information (SSL encrypted), you will not be charged at this
time. Let us
assure you we are not in the business of making money on exorbitant shipping
charges. Whereas, the only extra shipping and handling we charge is on express shipments. The shipping charge is increased with the carrier as well as the priority your order is shown in the expediting process.
All orders are
shipped within 2 business days unless
Priority (Express) shipping is selected where in that case
orders ship within 1 business day from the order being processed. Please allow 5-9 business days for ground
delivery. You will be notified of the status of your order and shipment via email when possible, so please verify that the
email address you provide is valid, otherwise we cannot be liable for
non-notification.
We always try to avoid the possibility of an item being out of stock (backordered). In a case of an item being out of stock you
will be notified within 24-48 hours and given the option of waiting for the item
(we will let you know the time-frame), exchanging the
item or canceling the item and
we in turn will issue an immediate refund.

We must be notified
at returns@stuff4thebeach.com within
30 days of receipt of your order if you are not 100% satisfied with your
merchandise. You will receive a Return
Authorization number for the return.
Return shipping costs must be pre-paid.
Any returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. We will gladly issue a refund upon receipt of
merchandise, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Be sure to send your return merchandise via a
traceable method (delivery conformation or insured mail). We are not responsible for return packages that
are lost, stolen or damaged en route.
Some merchandise must be returned to the
manufacturer due to their policies, so please be aware of the return address we
give you.
Returns and Refund Policies for Chammyz® Beachwear:
All Chammyz® products carry a 7 day
money back guarantee. We must be notified at
returns@stuff4thebeach.com
of your wish to return the merchandise.
You will receive a Return Authorization number for the return. The product will be inspected
upon receipt. All returns must be in
re-saleable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full
credit to be
issued. No credit will be issued
if the product shows signs of use.
Guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by
customer. Returns that lack original
packaging material or products that show wear will be refused
or are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Chammyz does not normally exchange products. We can only exchange items for customers who
agree to pay an additional charge for shipping and handling. Please e-mail us before any exchange returns
so we may ensure your desired color and style are in stock.
Return and Exchange Policies for BerryDog’s Swimsuits:
You have a full 10 days from the date of delivery if you would
like to exchange a product due to fit or for any other reason. You may return it (in its original condition,
not washed or soiled) for an exchange only.
Please note due to hygienic reasons we do not offer exchanges on thong/tonga bottoms. Exchanges are subject to a reshipping
fee. You must prepay shipping charges
back to our returns department. C.O.D returns will not be accepted.
If you have a product that you wish to exchange, please follow these easy
steps.
1)
Contact us at
returns@stuff4thebeach.com
to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Write or state your order number (found on your invoice), the item/s you
are exchanging and the size or product you would like to exchange it for. We will then e-mail you a Return
Authorization Number and address to send the package.
2) ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE
SHIPPED WITH-IN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
ALL EXCHANGE PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION RECEIPT OR
TRACKING # IN ORDER THAT WE CAN VERIFY THAT THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED
FROM US.
Upon receipt of the item/s, we will promptly exchange and reship
your product/s and charge your account for the reshipping
costs.
Damaged Products:
Any
merchandise delivered damaged must be reported to us and the carrier who
delivered the
package (UPS, FedEx, etc.) within 3 days of delivery so a claim
can be filed (you must contact the carrier in your local district) so an
exchange can be made. All products are made for private use and not intended for rental or
commercial use. If
products are
damaged due to improper use an exchange, return or refund
will not be made.
